Job Description

  • Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and project customers.
  • Conduct regular market and field visits to generate sales leads.
  • Promote and sell the company's TMT Bars and explain product quality, specifications, and benefits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collect market information on competitors, pricing, demand, and customer feedback.
  • Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely dispatch.
  • Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, and customer databases.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and support timely collection.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
