Job Description

  • Visit assigned zones in Raipur daily (stands, markets, terminals, charging points) and meet drivers in person.
  • Explain the platform and earning opportunity in Hindi or Chhattisgarhi.
  • Complete driver onboarding end to end: documents, app registration, and verification support.
  • Follow up until each onboarded driver is activated and taking rides.
  • Meet the daily visit target and the monthly onboarding target.
  • Update visits, leads, and onboardings in the company tracker before end of day.
  • Build local driver networks for referrals, and report field issues to the Team Leader.
