Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and support
  • Understand client preferences, needs, and expectations to deliver personalized solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Handle client concerns, complaints, or escalations professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and relationship history
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and relationship reviews
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all client dealings
  • Maintaining Professional good data(DOB, Anniversary)
