Job Description

Job Title: Accountant

Department: Accounts & Finance


Job Summary


We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, handle billing, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Maintain daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  2. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  3. Prepare invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment records.
  4. Maintain books of accounts using Tally Prime or other accounting software.
  5. Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
  6. Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliances.
  7. Manage ledger accounts and reconcile vendor and customer balances.
  8. Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in finalization of accounts.
  9. Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
