Personal Office Assistant

1. Responsibilities

• Perform slimming and skin treatments as per company SOPs and training.
• Assist in treatments such as LIPO BURST, RF, Hydra Facial, IPL, and other services, as trained and authorized.
• Prepare treatment rooms, maintain hygiene, and sanitize equipment.
• Maintain client treatment records and update session progress.
• Explain treatment procedures, precautions, and aftercare instructions to clients.
• Follow safety protocols and report any adverse reactions to the Branch Manager.
• Coordinate with the dietician or counsellor for client follow-ups.

2. Office Assistant Responsibilities

• Handle client appointments, calls, walk-ins, and basic inquiries.
• Maintain client files, registers, consent forms, and treatment records.
• Assist with billing, receipts, payment records, and daily documentation.
• Maintain office cleanliness, stationery, and treatment consumables.
• Support daily reporting and other administrative activities.
• Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Head Office for routine operational requirements.

3. Client Service & Support

• Welcome clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Remind clients about appointments and follow-up sessions.
• Maintain professional communication and protect client confidentiality.
• Support package renewals and service inquiries without making misleading treatment claims.
• Escalate complaints and service issues to the Branch Manager.
