Job Description

Position: Field Desktop Support Engineer

Crown Technologies is seeking Desktop Support Engineers for school campuses in Puttaparthi & Bangalore. This is a full-time, Field Job role as a Field Desktop Support Engineer onsite at schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all hardware and networking equipment, including laptops, CPUs, monitors, CCTVs, IFPD panels, printers, and projectors at the school campus.
  • Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and related devices.
  • Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of all IT infrastructure.
  • Support and participate in school cultural activities.
  • Assist with animation, video design, and graphic design projects as needed.
