Job Description
Designation: Telesales Manager
Location: Pune
Job Description:
1. Lead, supervise and motivate telesales team to achieve individual and team advertisement sales target.
2. Train and mentor telesales team to improve productivity and performance.
3. Set daily, weekly, monthly targets for team and monitor achievement.
4. Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead conversion and appointment generation for advertisement sales.
5. Develop effective sales script, FAQ's and customer response template.
6. Maintaining customer relationship.
7. maintain accurate customer records in CRM system. Generate reports.
8. Analyse data, identify trends and recommend suggestion.
9. Maintain KPI reports in CRM system.
KRA:
1. Achieving Business Targets in assigned area & Segments.
2. Create and maintain leads and target lists for potential new customers.
3. Team Performance management.
4. Lead conversion
Education Qualification: Any Graduate, BBA/ MBA
Language Preference: Marathi, Hindi, English
Required Skills:
Good understanding of CRM software
Team Handling skills
Previous experience working as a telesales manager
Strong managerial and sales skills
Leadership Skills
Desired Skills:
Customer co-ordination, Conflict Management
