Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller for our loan process. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining loan products, and generating leads for personal loans, business loans, and other financial services.
Responsibilities:
• Call potential customers from the provided data
• Explain loan products and benefits to customers
• Generate interested leads and forward them to the sales team
• Maintain daily call reports and follow-ups
• Achieve daily and monthly targets
Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
• Basic knowledge of loans or telecalling preferred
• Ability to convince customers
• Basic computer knowledge
