Job Description


  • Team Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and managing performance for a team of telemarketers.
  • Performance Optimization: Setting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
  • Strategy Implementation: Developing and executing outbound calling campaigns and scripts to increase sales.
  • Monitoring & Compliance: Evaluating call quality, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing sales metrics, preparing reports on team performance, and providing feedback to management.
  • Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing telemarketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Customer Interaction: Handling escalated customer complaints, queries, and disputes to ensure satisfaction.
