Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business enquiries.
  • Explain waterproofing, painting, epoxy flooring and cool-coating services.
  • Follow up with leads generated through online and offline sources.
  • Understand customer requirements and arrange site visits.
  • Maintain daily call and lead records.
  • Coordinate with sales executives and site supervisors.
  • Achieve monthly calling, lead and appointment targets.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers.
