Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and pricing.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer details and call records in the system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and politely.
- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Provide regular reports to the team leader or manager.
- Required Skills and QualificationsGood communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to convince customers and handle objections.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, confidence, and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of local languages and basic English is preferred.
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
