Job Description
- Make outbound calls to customers from the provided database/leads.
- Explain personal loan products, offers, eligibility, and benefits to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and generate interested leads.
- Follow up with interested customers for loan conversion.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for further processing.
- Maintain good customer relationships and follow company policies.
