• We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Telecallers – Personal Loans to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable personal loan products, and converting leads into successful loan applications.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding personal loan offers.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, tenure, and documentation requirements.
• Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into loan applications.
• Coordinate with the sales, credit, and operations teams for smooth processing.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Ensure proper collection and verification of required customer documents.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and follow company policies.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/sales, preferably in personal loans, loans, credit cards, insurance, or banking/NBFC.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in personal loan telecalling will be preferred.
• Experience handling bank/NBFC leads is an added advantage.
