🕙 Timing: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

Job Description:
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Executive to handle customer queries, follow-ups, complaints, and relationship management. The candidate will coordinate with Sales, Operations & Logistics teams to ensure smooth service and timely customer support.
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales or CRM.
- Logistics industry experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
