Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding real estate projects and properties.

Explain property details, locations, prices, offers and payment options to customers.

Generate leads and identify customers interested in buying or investing in property.

Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Schedule property visits and site visits for interested customers.

Maintain customer details and regular follow-up records.

Coordinate with the sales team and provide qualified leads.

Handle basic customer queries related to properties.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

Freshers can apply; training will be provided.
