POSITION DETAILS

• Position: Student Counsellor / Telecaller
• Department: Student Counselling & Sales
• Work Mode: Work From Home
• Working Days: 25 Days / Month
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Break: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Daily Calling: Minimum 4 Hours
• Leads Provided: Company-Generated Interested Leads

YOUR ROLE

You will work on company-generated interested leads.

CONTACT → COUNSEL → ENROLL → FOLLOW-UP → KYC ASSISTANCE → CONVERT

Responsibilities:

• Call and counsel interested students.

• Explain the FREE Stock Market Course and company programs.

• Help students complete the course registration process.

• Follow up with interested leads.

• Assist eligible customers with Demat/KYC.

• Update lead status and activities in the company CRM.

• Maintain proper follow-ups with assigned leads.

• Work toward monthly KYC and conversion targets.

SALARY & INCENTIVES

Base Salary: ₹15,000 / Month (25 Working Days Required)

Additional:

Angel One KYC: ₹100 per eligible KYC

Dhan KYC: ₹40 per eligible KYC

MONTHLY TARGET

80 Angel One + 40 Dhan

Both targets are mandatory.

KYC Incentive at Target:

80 Angel One × ₹100 = ₹8,000

40 Dhan × ₹40 = ₹1,600

TOTAL KYC INCENTIVE = ₹9,600

TARGET ACHIEVEMENT BONUS

Achieve both targets:

80 Angel One + 40 Dhan = ₹4,000 Bonus

DAILY CASH PRIZE

4 KYC/day = ₹100

5 KYC/day = ₹200

6+ KYC/day = ₹300

Maximum Daily Cash Prize: ₹300/day

Daily Cash Prize is paid on the same day through UPI.

MONTHLY CONVERSION BONUS

10% Final Verified Conversion = ₹5,000

15%+ Final Verified Conversion = ₹10,000

Qualification:

Employee must achieve 80 Angel One + 40 Dhan in both applicable months, along with the required follow-up and verification process.

ATTENDANCE & CALLING POLICY

• 240+ Calling Minutes = Full Day
• 150–239 Calling Minutes = Half Day
• Below 150 Calling Minutes = 0 Day

2 Half Days = 1 Full Day

1 Day Short = ₹700 Deduction

0.5 Day Short = ₹350 Deduction

25 Working-Day Credits are required for the full ₹15,000 Base Salary.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Good Marathi & English communication skills.

• Strong counselling and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented and disciplined.

• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

• Comfortable with telecalling and regular follow-ups.

• Able to work independently from home.

• Previous stock-market knowledge is helpful but not mandatory.

Training will be provided.
