Job Description
1. Inventory Management
o Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP and physical stock.
o Track and report daily stock movement.
o Conduct monthly, half-yearly and annual stock audits.
2. Material Receipt & Issue
o Physically receive materials and make same-day entries in the system.
o Issue materials against approved requisitions.
o Ensure proper storage and labelling of all materials.
3. Material Planning
o Assist in planning material requirements as per production or project schedules.
o Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies before depletion.
o Identify and manage non-moving or slow-moving inventory.
o Proper Storage and preservation of the material
o
4. Dispatch & Logistics
o Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials.
o Coordinate with transporters, customers, and internal teams.
o Prepare necessary shipping documentation, including packing lists.
o Liaise and coordinate with overseas vendors/customers, freight forwarders, carriers on delivery date and pick-ups
5. Vendor & Documentation Support
o Maintain vendor details, GRNs, invoices, and delivery notes.
o Forward relevant documents to accounts for timely payment processing.
6. Compliance & Safety
o Follow ISO, OHSAS, and internal SOPs for storage and material handling.
o Ensure implementation of 5S and safe working practices in the store area.
7. System and Reporting
o Work on ERP systems for inventory tracking and documentation.
o Generate regular reports for management review.
o Timely Issue material against approved requisition & job orders
o Submitting weekly inventory report to account department
o Daily/ Weekly Smart planning
