We are currently expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive market penetration and revenue growth across the states of Maharashtra and Odisha.

• Target Territories: Maharashtra and Odisha

• Key ResponsibilitiesDealer Network Expansion: Identify, onboard, and manage a robust network of auto parts distributors, wholesale dealers, and retailers across key automotive hubs in Maharashtra and Odisha.
• Sales Target Achievement: Drive primary and secondary sales targets for the designated territory, ensuring steady volume growth and market share expansion.
• Market Mapping & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market surveys to understand local competitor pricing, product availability, and demand trends for Mahindra aftermarket spares.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with garage owners, mechanics, and trade partners to build brand loyalty for Mighton Automobile.
• Promotional Activities: Execute localized marketing campaigns, trade schemes, and promotional events targeting spare parts retailers and mechanics.
• Order to Collection Management: Handle the entire sales cycle—from order booking and dispatch coordination to timely payment collections and ledger reconciliation.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience: 1 years of proven field sales experience in the automotive aftermarket industry (spare parts, lubricants, or body components). Candidates with prior experience handling Mahindra or commercial vehicle spares will have a distinct advantage.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile engineering is also welcome).
• Geographical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the automotive aftermarket landscape, key distribution clusters, and dealer networks in Maharashtra and/or Odisha.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of regional languages (Marathi and/or Odia) is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; basic proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools for daily reporting.
• Mobility: Willingness to undertake extensive field travel within the assigned territories.
