Role OverviewFlexochem Ventures Private Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Back Office Executive to join our team in Vatva. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales department, ensuring that daily sales operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will take ownership of the post-sales process, managing critical documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and leading after-sales communication to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities
• Daily Sales Operations: Oversee day-to-day sales administration, including accurate order entry, processing purchase orders, etc.
• Post-Sales Processing: Manage the end-to-end process once a sale is closed. Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• After-Sales Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order status, delivery updates, and after-sales support. Address customer inquiries and resolve any service or delivery issues promptly and professionally.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of sales contracts, client interactions, and transaction histories. Ensure all data is accurately logged into the company’s ERP/CRM system.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales operation reports with the management team to help track performance and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Internal Coordination: Act as a bridge between the on-field sales team and internal operations, ensuring the sales team has the administrative support and data they need to function effectively.
• Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: 12th Pass
• 
  
• Experience: No experience needed, but candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Back Office Executive, or in a similar administrative role will be preferred.

• Skills:
• 
  
• Strong understanding of order processing, sales administration, and after-sales service protocols.
• 
  
• Medium verbal and written communication skills to effectively handle client inquiries (Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is highly preferred).
• 
  
• Medium working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience using inventory management, CRM, or ERP software.
• 
  
• Organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• 
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial or corporate environment.
