Handle guest calls , co ordinate guest bookings , communicate with guests before , during n after their stay,assist guest with their requiremants n co ordinate with villa manager , housekeeping , maintainance n other service teams. Fluent spoken english is must. excellent telephone etiquette confident n comfortable . Hopitaity, hotel, travel, luxury proprty or customer service experience preferred.
