Receptionist / Front Office Executive

We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken, and customer-friendly Receptionist & Sales Executive to manage front desk operations and drive membership sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert walk-in inquiries into memberships.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front Desk

Welcome and assist members and visitors professionally.

Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in enquiries.

Maintain member records, attendance, and database.

Manage appointments, trial sessions, and follow-ups.

Handle basic administrative and reception duties.

Sales & Memberships

Explain gym packages, offers, and membership plans.

Convert leads, walk-ins, and inquiries into memberships.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.

Achieve monthly sales and membership targets.

Promote personal training, fitness programs, and special offers.

Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and renewals.

Customer Service

Address member queries and concerns promptly.

Ensure a positive member experience at all times.

Coordinate with trainers regarding member requirements.

Maintain a professional and welcoming environment.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years experience in reception, customer service, or sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, billing software).

Presentable personality and professional attitude.

Experience in gym, fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry preferred.
