Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller/ Receptionist

Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune

Experience: 6 months to 1 Year (Freshers can Apply)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Work Mode: On-site

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with clients/candidates.
  • Greet and assist visitors at the reception.
  • Manage incoming calls, messages, courier, and visitor records.
  • Provide basic information about the company/services.
  • Support daily front-desk and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams as required.

Requirements:

  • 6 month experience in telecalling, receptionist, front office, or customer service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and pleasant personality.
  • Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
  • Fluency Hindi and Marathi is preferred.
