Job Description

1) As per site requirement of material co-ordinate between site engineer & purchase engineer till material reached at site

2) communication with vendors, site engineers, purchase dept for material dispatch at site

3) arrange documentation at site regarding project establishment

4) initiate full support & co-ordinate to purchase dept, project dept.

5) Site Visits if needed for material inspection

6) arrange man power for cleaning work shop

7) Keep record of material at store.

8) Arrange vehicle for material dispatch.

9)co-ordinate site person & vendor till material dispatch on site.

10) Timely checking & forward corrected vendor invoices to accounts.

11) vendor searching & Price negotiation for material.

12) Daily ,weekly & monthly reporting to reporting manager relating purchase report .
