About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with basic technical knowledge of Electrical and HVAC materials to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, quotation comparison and material delivery follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure Electrical, HVAC, MEP and Data Center related materials.
• Identify suitable vendors and obtain quotations.
• Prepare quotation comparison statements and negotiate rates.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding price, specifications, availability and delivery schedules.
• Follow up for timely material dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with project/site teams regarding material requirements.
• Verify material specifications, approved makes and quantities before placing orders.
• Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs and vendor documents.
• Develop and maintain a reliable vendor network.

Technical Knowledge – Mandatory

Candidate should have basic knowledge of Electrical and HVAC materials.

Electrical material knowledge should include items such as:

• Cables and wires
• Cable trays and supports
• Cable glands and lugs
• MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays and breakers
• Electrical panels and panel accessories
• Earthing materials
• Conduits and accessories
• Electrical tools and consumables

HVAC material knowledge should include:

• Split AC / VRF / VRV
• PAC / Precision AC
• AHU / FCU
• Copper piping and insulation
• Ducting and insulation materials
• HVAC valves, accessories and consumables

Required Skills

• Good negotiation and vendor-management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to understand BOQ, technical specifications and quotations.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with project/site teams.
• Electrical / HVAC / Mechanical background will be preferred.

Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC-related field preferred.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
