Job Description

  • Supervise day to day production activities and ensure production targets are achieved .
  • Plan and allocate work to machine operators and production staff.
  • Maintain production reports ,shift reports and daily output records.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime.
  • Train, guide and evaluate production employees.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
  • Coordinate with quality, Stores, And Dispatch teams for smooth production flow.
