Rahri Services Private Limited is looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Kharadi, Pune. This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, enjoys interacting with customers, and is eager to build a career in sales.

💼 What You'll Do

 - Connect with potential customers through outbound and inbound calls.

- Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant products or services.

- Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic conversations.

- Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and offerings clearly.

- Build strong relationships with prospective customers and maintain regular follow-ups.

- Identify customer needs and coordinate with the sales team to move qualified leads forward.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.

- Continuously improve your sales and communication skills through feedback and learning.

- Confident and positive attitude while speaking with customers.

- Good listening and convincing abilities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.

- Ability to handle revenue generation and work in a sales environment.

- Strong follow-up skills and a customer-focused approach.

- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, pre-sales, or customer interaction will be an added advantage.
