Job Description


Role Summary:

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the dispatch of Arceus India's machines to customers, ensuring timely, safe, and documented delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule machine dispatches based on customer orders and production readiness
  • Coordinate with production, QC, and sales teams for dispatch clearance
  • Arrange transport and liaise with logistics partners and transporters
  • Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, e-way bill, packing list, delivery challan, LR)
  • Ensure proper packing, loading, and securing of machines to prevent transit damage
  • Track shipments and update customers and internal teams on delivery status
  • Maintain dispatch records, MIS reports, and inventory updates in ERP/Excel
  • Handle transit damage or delivery issues and coordinate insurance claims if needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements
