Job Description

Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years in Purchase / Procurement

Job Responsibilities:

  • Purchase of civil construction and interior materials.
  • Vendor development and supplier management.
  • Negotiation of rates and preparation of purchase orders.
  • Material procurement and timely delivery coordination.
  • Comparative quotations and cost control.
  • Maintaining purchase records and coordinating with site teams.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience in civil construction and interior projects.
  • Good knowledge of construction materials and market rates.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
