Job Description

📍 Location: Pune

💼 Experience: 2–10 Years

💰 Salary: Based on experience

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who can manage day-to-day operations, teams, service quality, customer coordination and field execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end daily operations
  • Handle team scheduling and field coordination
  • Solve operational issues quickly
  • Track service quality, productivity and customer experience
  • Work with tech/AI tools for reporting and process improvement
  • Build scalable and efficient operating processes
