Lead Generation Specialist

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and online research.
• Maintain and update a structured database of prospects and clients.
• Initiate contact with potential customers to introduce company products/services.
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate value propositions.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the field sales team or senior executives.
• Follow up regularly with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets (KRA-focused).
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution and feedback.
• Prepare reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
• Handle basic client queries and provide prompt, professional responses.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
