• Manage payroll activities and maintain employee-related records. / पेरोल गतिविधियों को संभालना और कर्मचारियों से संबंधित रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
• Handle recruitment, candidate screening and hiring activities. / भर्ती, उम्मीदवारों की स्क्रीनिंग और हायरिंग गतिविधियों को संभालना।
• Maintain staff grooming, discipline and workplace standards. / स्टाफ की ग्रूमिंग, अनुशासन और कार्यस्थल के मानकों को बनाए रखना।
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां
• Manage payroll and employee records. / पेरोल और कर्मचारी रिकॉर्ड संभालना।
• Screen candidates and coordinate the hiring process. / उम्मीदवारों की स्क्रीनिंग करना और हायरिंग प्रक्रिया को संभालना।
• Support staff recruitment and onboarding activities. / स्टाफ भर्ती और ऑनबोर्डिंग गतिविधियों में सहायता करना।
• Monitor staff grooming and discipline. / स्टाफ की ग्रूमिंग और अनुशासन की निगरानी करना।
• Ensure employees follow workplace standards and processes. / कर्मचारियों द्वारा कार्यस्थल के नियमों और प्रक्रियाओं का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
