AIPalmist.com साठी आम्हाला एक experienced Field Sales & Onboarding Executive पाहिजे, जो महाराष्ट्रातील Astrologers / Jyotish यांना personally भेटेल, आमचे software/app demonstrate करेल आणि त्यांना AIPalmist वर onboard करेल.

ही pure field sales job आहे. ही desk job किंवा telecalling job नाही.

• काम काय असेल? / Key Responsibilitiesपुणे तसेच महाराष्ट्रातील इतर शहरांमध्ये Astrologers / Jyotish यांना personally भेटणे.
• Mobile किंवा web वर AIPalmist चे live demo देणे.
• Product बद्दल Marathi किंवा Hindi मध्ये सोप्या भाषेत समजावून सांगणे.
• Astrologer च्या गरजा समजून घेणे आणि त्यांचे basic questions / objections handle करणे.
• Interested Astrologers ना AIPalmist वर register आणि onboard करणे.
• Registration, setup आणि सुरुवातीच्या usage मध्ये त्यांना मदत करणे.
• Prospects ना नियमित follow-up करून successful activation करणे.
• Daily visits, leads, follow-ups आणि onboardings ची basic record maintain करणे.
• गरजेनुसार महाराष्ट्रातील वेगवेगळ्या शहरांमध्ये travel करणे.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year actual Field Sales / Merchant Acquisition experience required.
• Freshers will not be considered.
• Marathi आणि/किंवा Hindi मध्ये चांगले communication असणे आवश्यक.
• Basic English समजता आले पाहिजे.
• Smartphone, WhatsApp, mobile apps आणि websites confidently वापरता आले पाहिजेत.
• स्वतःची two-wheeler असणे आवश्यक.
• Valid Driving Licence असणे आवश्यक.
• महाराष्ट्रात travel करण्याची तयारी असावी.
• नवीन customers ना personally approach करण्याचा confidence असावा.
• Face-to-face selling आणि product demonstration करता आले पाहिजे.
• स्वतः independently field मध्ये काम करण्याची तयारी असावी.
• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Preferred Experienceखालील प्रकारचा experience असलेल्या candidates ना preference दिली जाईल:

Paytm | PhonePe | BharatPe | POS Machine Sales | QR Code Merchant Acquisition | Payment Companies | Justdial | IndiaMART | Telecom | DTH | Insurance | FMCG / Distributor Sales

Ex-Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe किंवा POS Merchant Acquisition executives are strongly preferred.

Shopkeepers, small businesses, professionals किंवा local service providers यांना personally भेटून product/service sell करण्याचा experience असल्यास additional advantage असेल.

Astrology / Jyotish बद्दल आधीपासून knowledge असणे आवश्यक नाही. Complete product training will be provided.
