Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry, particularly in course sales, student counselling, or education-related sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
• Explain course details, benefits, fees, and enrollment procedures.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
• Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
• Build strong relationships with students and provide guidance throughout the enrollment process.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales or educational course selling.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in student counselling, telesales, or admission counselling.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills preferred.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with prior experience selling online courses, educational programs, certification courses, or skill-development courses will be preferred.
