Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Building Materials

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell building materials such as cement, TMT steel, AAC blocks, tiles, pipes, waterproofing products, and other construction materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through field visits and client meetings.
• Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and distributors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the logistics and operations team for timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of sales experience in building materials, construction, or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid two-wheeler and willingness to travel for field sales.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software is an advantage.
