Job DescriptionHighSpark Silver is looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listings, catalogue management, promotions, and order performance.

  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesCreate, update, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
  • Maintain accurate product details, titles, images, prices, and product variations.
  • Monitor marketplace account health, order cancellations, returns, and dispatch performance.
  • Manage sales promotions, discount offers, and marketplace sale events.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order dispatch and stock availability.
  • Handle marketplace claims related to lost, damaged, or missing products.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales and marketplace performance reports.
  • Use Excel to maintain product data, upload sheets, and reports.
  • Requirements1–3 years of hands-on experience with at least one marketplace seller panel: Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra.
  • Good knowledge of marketplace listing and catalogue management.
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
