Job DescriptionWe are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for Store Promoter, Assistant Store Manager (ASM), and Customer Service Executive (CSE) positions at Go Colors across Maharashtra.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
• Promote products, explain product features, and drive sales.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, store presentation, and merchandising standards.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Support daily store operations, stock management, and inventory checks.
• For ASM roles, manage store operations, team performance, sales targets, and reporting.
• Eligibility CriteriaExperience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in retail, cosmetics, FMCG, or branded store operations.
• Candidates with experience in customer handling, product promotion, sales, and merchandising will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on sales and service.
• Willingness to work in a retail store environment across Maharashtra.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with prior experience working with cosmetics brands, FMCG brands, fashion retail, or other branded retail stores are preferred.
