Dispatch Executive

Location: Bangalore Canteen LLP, Sinhagad Road, Pune.

Experience: 1–3 Years

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5 PM

Job Responsibilities :

• Receive and process daily material requirements from multiple outlets.
• Convert requirements into Petpooja invoices accurately and quickly.
• Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch with the Stores team.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in item, quantity, UOM, and outlet-wise dispatch.
• Coordinate with delivery partners/drivers for on-time delivery.
• Track orders from requirement → invoice → dispatch → delivery.
• Resolve short, excess, missing, or wrong-item dispatches.
• Maintain daily dispatch MIS and reconciliation.
• Conduct weekly stock counting and reconcile physical stock with system/records.

Requirements:

• Experience in Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart), E-commerce, Dispatch, Dark Store, Central Kitchen preferred.
• Fast-paced, high-volume order processing experience.
• Petpooja knowledge preferred.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in shifts.
