E-Commerce Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

• Minimum 0.5 year of Shopify experience, preferably in the Jewellery / Fashion Jewellery / Fine Jewellery industry

• Bulk product uploads on Shopify and assigning products to the correct collections

• Strong knowledge of CSV & Excel files for bulk product creation, editing, updating and importing

• Managing and maintaining product catalogues — titles, descriptions, SKUs, pricing, variants, images, tags, collections & product information

• Inventory management — maintaining accurate stock levels, updating inventory and identifying discrepancies

• Managing Shopify collections, tags, product types & filters

• Uploading and organizing product images, ensuring correct image-product mapping

• Managing product variants such as size, colour, metal, stone specifications, etc.

• Experience with Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Ads — creating, managing and optimizing effective campaigns

• Understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign objectives, audiences, retargeting, budgets, creatives and performance metrics

• Ability to monitor and analyse ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions and overall campaign performance

• Basic understanding of Shopify Analytics & e-commerce performance metrics

• Knowledge of Shopify SEO — product titles, meta descriptions, URLs, keywords and image alt text

• Ability to troubleshoot basic Shopify issues and independently find solutions

• Experience with Shopify apps, integrations and third-party tools is a plus

• Knowledge of discount codes, promotional offers and Shopify marketing features

• Maintaining a clean, accurate and well-organized Shopify backend

• Coordinating with the creative/marketing team for new launches, collections, campaigns and promotions
