Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Cab FacilityTwo-Way Cab Facility Provided as per company policy and applicable shift timings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate and professional resolutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues within the defined turnaround time.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Achieve defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers from different countries.
• Eligibility CriteriaFor FreshersGraduates from any recognized university/college.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good listening and comprehension skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in an international customer service environment.
• For Experienced CandidatesPrior experience in an International Voice Process / International BPO / Customer Support / Call Center will be preferred.
• Candidates with relevant experience can be considered based on process requirements.
• Strong communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Required SkillsExcellent spoken English.
• Good pronunciation and fluency.
