Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a dependable and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our e-commerce team in Baner.

This is not a telecalling or sales role. Most customer interactions happen over WhatsApp, chat and email, with calls required only when needed to resolve a customer issue.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries over WhatsApp, email, chat and occasional phone calls
• Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, returns, replacements, refunds and products
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and internal teams when required
• Follow up on pending customer cases until they are completely resolved
• Maintain proper records of customer conversations and resolutions
• Handle Amazon, Flipkart, website and other e-commerce customer queries
• Escalate unusual or sensitive cases appropriately
• Ensure customers receive clear, polite and professional communication
• Identify recurring customer issues and report them to the team

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of customer support/customer service experience
• Good written and spoken English
• Comfortable communicating professionally over WhatsApp and email
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Comfortable working independently without constant monitoring
• Responsible, organised and reliable
• Good computer and internet skills

• • Experience in e-commerce, D2C brands, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify or similar businesses is preferred
