Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our Maruti Suzuki Excell Autovista team at our Ravet location. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers & Experience who are passionate about automobiles and sales.

Job Title: Sales Executive – Maruti Suzuki Excell Autovista Location: Ravet

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 (Monthly) + Attractive Incentives

Experience: Fresher & Experience

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable vehicle options
• Explain features, pricing, finance, and insurance options to customers
• Arrange test drives and follow up with leads
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM
• Coordinate with the documentation and delivery teams
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Participate in field sales and promotional activities when required.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of vehicles and automobile sales (training provided)
• Willingness to work on the field (if needed)
• Positive attitude and customer-first approach
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹18,000 per month (based on interview performance)
