Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Actively calling potential customers from lead databases to introduce projects.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Qualifying leads to ensure they match buyer criteria and nurturing them through follow-ups.
• Site Visit Scheduling: Persuading prospective buyers to visit property sites and scheduling appointments for sales managers.
• Customer Interaction: Handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining property details, pricing, and amenities.
• Database Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of calls, client feedback, and information in a CRM system.
• Achieving Targets: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls, leads generated, and appointments fixed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal skills in local language and English/Hindi for persuasive communication.
• Interpersonal Skills: Active listening and ability to handle client queries/rejections professionally.
• Real Estate Knowledge: A basic understanding of the local real estate market, projects, and home-buying processes.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience: Often open to freshers, but 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales is preferred.
