Job Description

Job Purpose:

To ensure timely and professional customer communication, shipment status management, operational coordination and maintenance of records to support smooth logistics operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming customer phone calls and providing shipment-related support
  • Replying to customer emails professionally within defined timelines
  • Collecting shipment / delivery / consignment information from ERP system
  • Providing shipment status updates to customers
  • Coordinating with operations teams, branches and delivery staff
  • Taking follow-ups for pending shipments, PODs and customer requirements
  • Maintaining customer communication records and operational documentation
  • Tracking complaints and ensuring timely closure
  • Data entry and maintaining ERP records accurately
  • Escalating unresolved issues to concerned departments
  • Supporting front office and customer coordination activities
  • Maintaining dispatch-related records and customer files
