Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental Chef to prepare high-quality Continental and café-style dishes. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, presentation, hygiene, and smooth kitchen operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook Continental dishes, pasta, sandwiches, salads, and café-style food.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Handle daily food preparation, cooking, plating, and service requirements.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Manage food inventory, storage, and proper stock rotation.
• Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Ensure timely preparation of orders and smooth kitchen operations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and follow company recipes and standards.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and follow all safety procedures.
• RequirementsPrevious experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Good knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Good teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
