Job Description – Corporate Business Development Manager

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Corporate Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with corporate clients, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate accounts, managing the sales pipeline, and closing long-term business contracts.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Identify and generate new corporate business opportunities.

Prospect and approach HR, Admin, Facility Managers, and decision-makers.

Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.

Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Negotiate commercial terms and close corporate deals.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.

Submit regular sales reports and business development updates to management.
