Job Title: Business Development Executive – Dealer Sales

Location: Katraj, Gujarwadi Pune
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3–5+ years (relevant experience mandatory)
Salary: ₹5.00–₹5.75 LPA + Incentives
Job Description:
Shah Marketing Pune LLP is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our dealer network and drive sales in the plumbing, bathware, sanitaryware and building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new dealers and maintain relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
- Generate business through dealer and channel sales.
- Conduct regular market visits across Pune/PCMC.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and close orders.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, payments and collections.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dealer sales, channel sales, B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in plumbing, sanitaryware, bathware, CP fittings, tiles or building materials preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Pune/PCMC dealer market.
- Strong communication, negotiation and order-closing skills.
- Must be willing to travel for field sales and dealer visits.
- Candidates based in Pune/PCMC preferred.
