Job Title: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

Location: Katraj, Pune (Office-based) Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Katraj office.
This is a pure office-based role with NO field visits. You will be responsible for converting warm leads generated by our Social Media team into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Handle high-quality leads provided by our social media marketing team.
- Calling & Pitching: Call potential customers, explain our services/products, and handle objections.
- Closing: Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Documentation: Maintain daily reports and follow-up schedules on Excel or CRM.
- No Cold Calling: Focus primarily on interested leads who have engaged with our social media ads.
- Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2+ Years of experience in Sales or Telesales is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong convincing power, professional phone etiquette, and target-oriented.
- Language: Must be fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi.
- Education: Minimum Graduate (Any stream).
