Business Development Associate

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Pune. The role involves field visits to schools and preschools, generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit schools and preschools to generate leads and identify business opportunities.
• Present and explain company programs to potential clients.
• Convert qualified leads into successful business partnerships.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Travel to different cities as required for business development activities.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Comfortable with 50–60% field travel.
• Willing to travel to different cities, approximately 2 trips per month.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working independently.
