Job Description
- Job Responsibilities – Telecaller / Student Enquiry ExecutiveMake outbound calls to students and parents to provide information about courses offered by Grace Edumatics.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to student enquiries professionally.
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility, batches, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested students regularly through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by guiding students through the admission process.
- Maintain and update student enquiry records, call details, and follow-up status.
- Identify students' needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Schedule counselling sessions and institute visits for prospective students.
- Coordinate with the admission team to ensure timely communication with students.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission goals.
- Maintain polite, professional, and positive communication with all prospective students and parents.
