Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for an Accountant who can handle accounting, billing, taxation and compliance independently.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain books of accounts in Tally

- Handle daily billing and data entry

- Manage vendor payments and customer follow-ups

- Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliance

- Handle GST filing coordination and tax matters through CA

- Perform bank reconciliation and MIS reporting

- Manage inventory tracking and stock records

- Handle business emailing and correspondence with vendors, customers, banks and tax authorities

- Support financial planning and month-end closing

Requirements:

- 3+ years experience in accounting

- Strong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)

- Proficiency in billing and data entry

- Good command of Excel

- Email writing and professional correspondence skills

- Experience coordinating with CA for GST and tax filings

- Ability to independently manage inventory records

- Good coordination and follow-up skills

Note: This is not a pure data entry role. Candidate should be able to handle responsibilities independently and coordinate with our CA for tax and compliance matters.

Location: 540, Market Yard Gate 5, Pune 411037

Working hours: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday
